Now available in our Mediathek: the great music video that children created with the Bach Academy and in cooperation with dm-drogerie markt: "Music connects - A World of Peace and Harmony!" It offers a wonderful insight into the work on the "BachBewegt!Singen!" project, which experienced its climax in May 2022 with six concerts in the greater Stuttgart area!
In the BachBewegt!Singen! project, schoolchildren work on choral pieces with their teachers, which they then present together with the Gaechinger Cantorey in a family concert on the stage. The rehearsal process will be accompanied by a Bachakademie team. In the 2022/23 school year, BachBewegt!Singen! once again focuses on Joseph Haydn’s oratorio “Die Schöpfung” which Karsten Gundermann has specially arranged, focussing on our responsibility towards our natural environment. Following performances of the arrangement “Die Schöpfung – Erde an Zukunft” by schoolchildren in May 2022 in the Stuttgart region, it will be performed again as part of the Musikfest Stuttgart 2023 – this time with schoolchildren from Stuttgart. The concert culminates in singing together by audience and performers.
